I have been a massage therapist for nine years. I specialize in therapeutic swedish, deep tissue and structural rebalancing work. There is a never ending amount to learn about the body and it's healing processes, and I want to continue to add to my tools and knowledge. I love working on a variety of people with different needs and issues, and think every treatment is a unique experience based on that person's specific needs that day.

For seven years I practiced full time at a medical spa and inclusive health center in El Segundo, California. I graduated from the East West College of the Healing Arts here in Portland in 2000. I'm happy to be back, and I love the community of St. Johns. In Portland, there is a growing awareness and consciousness of the importance of massage therapy and other alternative medicines as both preventative and curative health care. Contributing to that awareness makes having my own business here very rewarding.
